HIIT

A 30 minute high intensity metabolic workout that keeps on working long after you finish the class. This body-weight based class aims to increase metabolism and keep your body burning calories for as long as 24 hours after you’ve finished.

Spin Sprint

This class is exactly what it says on the tin, for 30 minutes you will be sprinting your way to that summer beach body you want so much. This class is hard but you will love it.

Body Combat™

A high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 740 calories* in a class. No experience needed.

Body Balance™

Ideal for anyone and everyone. A yoga-based class that will improve your mind and your body. Bending and stretching through a series of simple yoga moves and embracing elements of Tai Chi and Pilates.

Body Pump™

A full body toning class using your body weight, hand weights and barbells. Not just toning though, a massive calorie burn too.

Spin

A high energy group cycle workout that combines hill climbs, flat terrains, mountain peaks, and time trials. This interval training programme rides to the rhythm of powerful music increasing cardiovascular fitness, leg strength and muscular endurance.

Abs Blast

A short class dedicated to toning and strengthening the muscles in the abdominals and lower back. Using minimal equipment this intense workout will help support posture and enhance your core region and stability.

Legs, Bums & Tums

The old school class that is designed to tone from the shoulders down. Great for keeping lean throughout the year.

Bootcamp

A military style class working on strength and endurance. You should expect tyres, sledge hammers stadium runs and much more when attending this class. It’s a Your Gym Favourite.

Boxercise

A fun cardio based class designed to burn a high amount of calories using a wide range of boxing techniques with gloves and pads.

Apex Core

This class provides an advanced approach to core training that develops trunk stability and helps strengthen and protect the spine and improve core strength, posture, balance and stability.

Apex Ignite

A Total Body workout designed to get leaner, fitter and faster. It’s ideal for people who want short intense workouts and improved body composition. This class can be taken by both beginners and experienced exercisers, as you set your own pace.

Box Fit

A 45 minute functional boxing based circuit designed to destroy body fat.
