Your Gym Personal Training

The Your Gym Personal Training team will be onsite to help members achieve their goals in an enjoyable, fun and safe way. All our Personal trainers are Register of Exercise Professionals qualified to level 3 and 4 to ensure you are getting the best support and advise possible.

Personal trainers can help in all areas of wellbeing from fitness training, postural analysis, health assessments and nutritional consultation.

With group personal training starting at just £7.50 per session and one-on-one training from £15.00 there will be a package that can suit everyone’s budget.

Keep an eye out for the PT weigh-loss groups and nutritional seminars coming in 2012, a great way to reach your goal with like minded people and highly qualified trainers.
